 Stephanie Lee primarily focuses in assisting clients in obtaining their desired status in the U.S. Stephanie provides each client with personal attention and closely works with them until they achieve their goals. Further, Stephanie is dedicated to providing clients with the most updated information regarding the rapidly changing immigration law. Stephanie represents clients before the U.S. Citizenships and Immigration Services, the Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, and Executive Office for Immigration Review.
The success of her practice is based on her understanding of clientele as well as her knowledge and experience in the immigration law. At the outset she meets with her client to understand their goal and expectation. She keeps her client informed and work with the client in making decisions that meet their goals.
Stephanie received her J.D. from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, she externed for Judge Erithe Smith in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and for Judge Aurelio Munoz in the L.A. Superior Court. In addition, she served as a staff writer for Loyola Law Review and was selected for the Deans Honor List. Prior to law school, she served for the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
Prior to opening the firm, she practiced in Frank, Greenberg, Simone & Stefanski where she represented individuals and corporations from all corners of the earth including Korea, China, Iran, England, Canada and South Africa. With her international background and diverse experiences, Stephanie has successfully represented individuals in all of family, employment, and investment based immigration categories. She also represents foreign nationals in deportation and removal proceeding.
Being committed to community education, Stephanie is an active member and leader of several organization in the local community. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associations, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Korean American Bar Association where she actively participates in pro bono work.
In addition, being fluent in Korean, Stephanie frequently lectures at seminars sponsored by professional association and non-profit organizations in the Korean community. She is featured on local radio and newspapers regarding current immigration issues and contributes her columns to major Korean newspapers.

스테파니 리 변호사는 현재 사무실을 개설하기 이전에 로펌 ‘프랭크, 그린 버그, 사이몬, 스티븐스키’에서 근무하였으며, 이곳에서 그녀는 세계 각지, 즉 한국, 일본, 중국, 이란, 영국, 카나다, 남아공 등지에서 온 고객들을 대표하였다. 이렇듯 국제적인 배경과 아울러 다양한 경험에 힘입어 스테파니 리 변호사는 취업이민, 투자이민, 가족초청 등 모든 종류의 이민법 고객들을 성공적으로 대표하였다. 그외에 추방재판에서도 외국 출신자들을 변호하고 있다.
스테파니 리 변호사는 로욜라 법대에서 법학박사 학위(J.D.)를 취득하였다. 로욜라 재학중에 이미 미 연방 파산 법원 에리트 스미스 판사 및 Los Angeles 상급 법원 오렐리오 무노즈 판사 밑에서 법정 수련을 쌓았다. 또한 경쟁이 치열한 ‘로욜라 법학 학술지(Loyola Law Review)’의 편집자로 역임하며 뛰어난 글솜씨를 발휘하였으며, 학장 우등상 수상자(Dean’s Honor)로 선정되기도 하였다.
한국어에도 능통한 이 변호사는 현재 미이민법 협회, 오렌지 카운티 변호사 협회, 재미 한인 변호사 협회의 정회원으로 활약하고 있으며, 무료 법률자문에도 적극 참여하고 있다. 최근에는 얼바인 상공회의소 이사겸 감사로 선출되어 미국내 한인들이 성공적으로 비지니스를 운영하는데 교량역할을 하고 있다. 한걸음 더 나아가서 이 변호사는 한국계 신문 및 방송을 통하여 교민사회를 상대로 이민에 관한 봉사활동 및 교육에도 힘쓰고 있다.
